Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm are handled the following business day. You will receive a notification email once your package is on its way.
Order Tracking
All orders are tracked and shipped by Australia Post. Tracking numbers are emailed to customers. This comes with a link so you can track the progress of your package’s journey directly with Australia Post.

Australia-wide general delivery times are shown in the shopping cart. Below are more defined delivery times which take into account shipping method and whether the delivery is within QLD or interstate. Note that shipments originate in Queensland postcode 4573.
While Australia Post endeavour to meet this timetable, the actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory the item is being posted to, and the level of congestion in their delivery network at the relevant time. All delivery times are based on the number of business days items take to arrive following the day of posting.
