Returns Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date. Items must be undamaged and returned with original packaging. Returns exclude the following:
- Items damaged from abuse, neglect, improper use or care, etc.
- Used Neutralizer Disc Packs.
- Opened supplements, unless defective.
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Allow 5 business days for your account to be credited with your refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (eg. wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
- If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. This helps us resolve the problem quickly and determine the best solution.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. If you choose to return an item without tracking, we cannot guarantee that we will receive it. Returns lost in transit without tracking are not eligible for refunds or replacement.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect please contact within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
